Alumni of Saint Xavier University are invited to gather family and friends, don your best Mardi Gras attire and be a part of the Halfway to Homecoming celebration, set for 6:30 to 9:30 p.m. Friday, Feb. 9 at 115 Bourbon Street, 3359 W. 115th Street, Merrionette Park.
Admission is $35 if purchased online at sxu.edu, $40 at the door. The celebration will feature a Mardi Gras-style atmosphere with food, drinks, music, dancing and more.
A portion of the event's proceeds will benefit Swift Outdoor Accessible Recreation (SOAR), a Mokena-based not-for-profit that raises funds to improve the lives of people living with paralysis.
